The annual Civil War Reenactment of Historic Brattonsville does not depict a specific battle, but the plantation homes and open fields of the Upstate homestead museum provide a picturesque backdrop for an educational living history weekend. There will be battle reenactments each day at 2 p.m. They will also have cannon-firing demonstrations, camp life activities, presentations and children’s military drills and more. Shop for reproduction items and enjoy family-friendly foods. Admission is $6 for adults, $5 for seniors, $3 for children ages 4-17, members and children 3 and under admitted free.
