Tallahassee, Fl. – The 150th Anniversary & 38th Annual Reenactment of the Battle of Natural Bridge

When: Back to Calendar March 6, 2015 – March 8, 2015 (all-day)

This event is held on the original site of the battle at the Natural Bridge Battlefield Historic State Park. Registration begins on Friday with battle reenactments on both Saturday and Sunday. No Reenactor Fees. The Ladies Soldier’s Friend Sewing Society will host civilian events including a Children’s Tea and Ladies’ Tea on Saturday. Military, medical and living history demonstrations throughout the day including historic presentations by volunteers (2nd USCT) from the John G, Riley Center/Museum of African American History and Culture. Civil War dance at 8 p.m. On Sunday, the laying of a wreath honoring the original participants of the battle. Period merchants on site as well as food vending by the Tallahassee Elks Lodge.
